I saw your channel last year after thinking about doing this for a couple years myself. We finally did it, our rentals have been slow starting but that's OK. We did 4 night minimum with 2 days between rentals based on your recommendations. We have had really good renters hope it stays that way. Your channel helped use make the leap, thanks. 😊

I don’t know if I’m missing something, but I don’t understand how this makes dumping any easier. You still have to empty your tanks into a portable tank if you’re boondocking. Is it just so people can empty their tanks at home if they don’t have a sewer clean out nearby? I think I would be leery of running a hose through my house so I could dump into my toilet. 😳

Hey Matt, need your help... I also have a 2004 ion like the one in this video. My trunk doesn't stay open, the trunk torsion bar broke, sometime ago, but I'm not sure is it had 2 bars or just one?? Do you have a video on that?? Do you know how to fix it??

Came across your channel as we also have a 1.5 year old pup from the same place you guys picked your pup from. Looks like the pup is doing great too. Our pups are featured at the end of our videos (they have become a fan favorite to the channel too 😊). You were camping somewhat close to us here. We are in Grand Rapids, MN. I'm a graduate of BSU and we owned businesses in Bemidji for years also. Will be checking out your channel more. Our Schnoodle we got from the same place is Miley. She is a hoot. We also have our wonderful Mini Schnauzer Luna the Super Puppy. Luna is from another breeder in southern MN who has now retired. Both pups are wonderful 😊. Take care.

Awesome tutorial! We just bough our 2400BH and I have a quick question, the front water controls you briefly covered the difference between the city water and fresh water selection. I understand the city water selection is with a water hook up at the camp site, but what is the fresh water selection for? Is that if I brought my own water in a tote or something? Thank you!

I've been there I gave somebody a free ride and never gave me gas money I took this guy and this girl to another town and I'm not even a Uber or Lyft driver I had borrow money from somebody to put back in my car too many people want free rides even told me I was not a Christian because I wouldn't give him a ride I had to use wisdom the guy was drunk and cussing me out so I left them there on the side of the road

i lost power to my front cap lights doing this led replacement on my 2020 stryker toy hauler. Checked fuses, no power. Would there be a control box somewhere ?

We rent 2 campers out ourselves and have noticed that we really don't get much cold traffic from the major rental websites. Most of our 20 + rentals we have are all self generated. Do you get most of your own rentals or mainly from random people off the major rental sites.

QUESTION: Platforms like “Outdoorsy” require a Quarterly maintenance Check Up to be covered in case of an incident. How do you accomplish this? What is the cost? Did you factor this into your Return in Investment?

I feel like the Lance 2075 is the cream of the crop for smaller trailers good for a couple. No slides and yet still a large bedroom area and huge wrap around dinette. Just wish those things weren't so damn expensive.

Do you end up offering delivery? Or is that too much of a hassle?

The shackle pins should be dropped in so the have no chance of vibrating out.

What are the RV share Fee's? I see it says typically 25% but when I received a booking of $43.33 per night for 3 nights, so $129.99 & it said my share was $34??? That doesn't seem right???

Awesome content! This is a super helpful video. Do you do deliverers too or are most people picking up the RVs themselves? Do you do any kind of qualifying clients that are going to be towing themselves to make sure they have hauled travel trailers before?
